FAQ
DO DOGS EVER GET HURT?
Some dogs play rough. We are trained to understand dog behavior and watch for signs/signals of a raised level of excitement, in order to minimize the chances for dogs to get hurt. Small scratches, niks or hair loss is part of normal play. It is possible, however for serious injuries to occur.
WHAT DO YOU DO IF A DOG GETS SICK OR INJURED?
The care of our canine guests is our main priority. We will rush dogs to the nearest vet if they need immediate medical attention, or for less immediate emergencies, we will try to take the pet to their own vet unless it is more than 20 miles away. We will always try to contact the owner before taking any action.
IF MY DOG HAS HEALTH ISSUES CAN HE/SHE STILL COME?
That depends on the type of health issue. We cannot accept dogs that have communicable diseases or parasites. Other issues like ear infection, cancer, arthritis can be accommodated. Please disclose all your pets’ medical information with us prior to bringing your pet to our facility.
DO I NEED RESERVATIONS FOR DAYCARE AND BOARDING?
